Eric Foo

Since young I have always been very interested in learning martial arts. Some of the arts which I had previously practiced are karate, taekwondo, aikido and other forms of taichi. Not satisfied with the perceived lack of real martial arts application I did some research and comes to know of Wu style taichi. I had wanted to enroll for the lessons a few years ago but was unable to do so due to work commitment. However about 3 years back I made up my mind that if I do not take up then, more years would be wasted. It was a wise decision as these 3 short years of learning journey has been a most fulfilling experience due mainly to Sigu Saw Phiak Hwa and Sisu Goon Ark Leau unrelenting patience in imparting their knowledge to me and my fellow Si-hengs and Si-jies.

Learning taichi is a life long journey, I will continue to practice diligently both for the sake of enhancing my skills and knowledge at the same time it is also a form of appreciation and respect to Grandmaster Eddie Wu, Sigu and Sisu for their magnanimous effort in imparting their knowledge to me.
