Paul Gunn

I began training Wu Style tai chi in 2000. In the years since I’ve experienced many blessings in the form of good health and relaxation – which I enjoy ‘paying forward’ while teaching newer students in Sifu John’s classes. There is no better feeling than helping someone recognize and begin to remedy the harmful effects of everyday stress. While also enjoying the martial arts training, I believe the management of stress has made me a better husband, father, and friend to those around me. To me this is the greatest value and benefit of the training. Aside from tai chi, I have numerous interests including a wide variety of reading, various outdoor activities, and study of the Renaissance lute.
